I love Art's, great food at reasonable prices, the owner and the staff are fun and friendly. I have always felt welcome and appreciated. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you'll always find a comfortable atmosphere

    AVOID (if you're under 60)

Synopsis: Clean, mellow please that's perfect for your grandparents who aren't accustomed to quality service.

PROS: the cleanest bathroom and bar top I've ever seen. You feel good knowing that.

CONS: Every other aspect of a bar....
    - It's PACKED with super old people eating soup. I'm serious. They're all eating soup.

    - Nobody else in sight, including the bartender. I sat here for 5 minutes without seeing a bartender.

    - The bartender relies on the speed pour to count her shot, and she under pours. (She's using a clogged pour.)

    - they don't allow any sounds "but the game" as long as there is a current game, but they won't raise the volume so you can hear it.

    - This place is a nuclear AVOID

Came in on a Sunday morning, place was not busy at all. Not a great atmosphere. I can totally get behind the dark dive bar feel but it seems like they're trying to be a sports bar and definitely not pulling it off. We waited so long for menus that my husband got up to go get them himself. It took probably 15 minutes to get our order taken and then we waited 45 minutes for our food. My husband had the eggs Benedict and I had an omelet. Both were undercooked and eggs were super runny, whites not even set.
Food was mediocre and service was terribly slow. No apology for the wait. Despite having heard good things about Art's, we probably won't be back. Disappointing.

Wow this place is amazing. As soon as you walk in it has this really cool retro feel. I walked up to the bar and this awesome bartender named Debbie was super friendly and poured the perfect shot . I also ordered the prime rib (I guess only Wednesday) it was fire! If you like old school style you don't want to pass this place by.
